What do you like best? The user interface along with the flexibility of the system. Our users are able to easily use it and as an admin, I can easily manage and make changes throughout the system as needed. Time entry for employees is a breeze. What do you like best? The tool itself is very simple and intuitive to use. Mavenlink has been quite impressive to work with from a partner stand point. Organisation made simple

What do you like best? What we like best about Mavenlink is the ability to separate our staff into different teams to be able to organise all jobs, support tickets and tasks that come through from a large list of clients. Does the trick, but a bit cumbersome

What do you like best? I love the Master Planning Tool and the intuitive interface for building out tasks and projects. What do you dislike? Little features seem to missing everywhere. For example: within the time and expenses tab, not showing a rollup/totals, not enabling subtasks to rollup to a tally in the task they're nested under, not allowing the ability to flag tasks as auto-logged to timecards, not allowing templates to be copied and include the durations and role assignments. ...

What do you like best? Greater visibility and more efficiency during month end close. Mavenlink gave us the ability to cut down the amount of days we needed to send out client invoicing. What do you dislike? The ability to create your own reports is difficult. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having the ability to see the profit margin and costs associated with each project and the utilization rate by month.
