What do you like best? It's easy to enter time - start a timer, edit time entries for you or someone else on your team (ex: to correct a time entry logged to the wrong task or project. What do you dislike? There is no way for Account Managers to see what's on a producer's schedule/dashboard unless you are drilled into a single Project. The latest enhancements include gantt chart updates (drag and drop, scheduling resources at capacity (can measure variable work weeks , and EAC costing models. What do you like best? Their customer support is excellent - live chat/weekly calls with our account team, etc. What do you dislike?
