What do you like best? The forecasting, reporting, and analytics capabilities are robust but easy to learn. Needs to be real time
What do you like best? Possibility of generating detailed reports and generate different views of the data What do you dislike? Any customization done to generate reports only works after the hourly execution of backend services. Many times we need information on the fly and not have to wait 1 hour for the service to run. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More visibility and control over the project budget

Some really good features, some annoying features
What do you like best? How quick it is to create your time sheet and track project spend / Health What do you dislike? You can't drag and drop from one time entry to another. Also when you click outside of a time sheet entry box it closes the time sheet entry....very annoying. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
