Easy to use

What do you like best? I enjoy the functionality. It is very easy and straightforward. It is very user friendly. What do you dislike? I actually have not come across anything that I have severely disliked as of yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have not had to solve any business issues with Maropost yet.

What do you like best? We previously used Ontraport for all our emails, Maropost has streamlined a lot of our processes and made our email system much easier to manage! What do you dislike? Slightly complicated but worth it

What do you like best? Excellent analytics so you can see what's working well in your newsletter. What do you dislike? The backend is not very intuitive and takes a while to get the hang of. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reaching our newsletter audience and growing that list as well.

Functional platform with top tier customer service.

What do you like best? I like the use of liquid script, the great customer service and ease of use. What do you dislike? Some features are not up to par versus other platforms. Some feature promises seemed half-baked. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Intelligent recommendation campaigns and preference center build. I really appreciate the use of liquid script and conditional elements.

What do you like best? I like how a content piece can be used for multiple campaigns and that when you update the content, it will update all of the campaigns associated with it. What do you dislike?
