AMAZING Support & GREAT Platform

What do you like best? I absolutely love the 24/7 chat support. There has been numerous times I had a quick question and most other companies would make you fill out a ticket or wait an hour to reach a rep on a 1-800 number, but Maropost chat reps will answer you in seconds! Our experience with Maropost has been outstanding

What do you like best? The support is second to none. We can submit a ticket and receive a response within minutes with a resolution. What do you dislike? In comparison to other solutions, Maropost is priced on the higher end of the spectrum. There is no integration with services such as LeadPages, which means we have to manually create squeeze pages and landing pages that integrate with Maropost. What do you like best? The best thing about Maropost is the people behind the platform. I can't count how many times I've come to them with a problem only to get it quickly resolved. So.. This is what happens when a company delivers emails...

What do you like best? My open rates... I didn't realize how bad my current provider was until I saw how insane my open rates were. I didn't just become a ninja copy writer overnight, these guys get emails in the inbox, so stoked. What do you dislike? NOTHING. Wish it was a little cheaper, but the ROI is still insane. I am hoping that they add a feature to push unsubscribes back and forth from infusionsoft. Right now, it is a somewhat manual process. Recommendations to others ...
