Based on real life experience not just Ai
Going through the video training now. This is a very professional and smooth process and it is great to know that Mike Oddo actually has “boots on the ground” experience. So, instead of dealing with just an internet Ai company, the training is based on actual experience. Looking forward to receiving leads!

I’ve been contacted by many referral companies in the past. Many want to be paid upfront before sending out the leads. The challenge is the trust of whether they have an interest in my success. Housejet is set up to enhance my followup as well as having a vested interest in my success.

It’s early on so I can’t speak to the results or the process in real time. Having years of sales experience prior to real estate I can see that it is a solid foundation and the tools such as scripts, workflows etc. are well thought out. Time will tell in regards to it’s effectiveness.
