I’m a 24 year veteran who moved to a new state and wanted to get my new business going. I was completely skeptical in the beginning but the pay after closing. You can’t lose with this plan. It’s really a no-brainer!! The onboarding was smooth and impressive!!

One of the VERY FEW companies that…
One of the VERY FEW companies that protect with you a full refund …. you close a deal, refund … you don’t close anything, refund. They back up what they advertise. That is massively important and the relationship building that they seek is extremely rare. Not just a number over here. There’s no risk and down downside. All you have to do is put the work in.

The process is very easy
The process is very easy. Pay Per Closing has valuable systems in place that can help us grow as agents. I also liked that the owner knows firsthand what it takes to succeed in Real Estate. Salesperson over the phone was very kind and answered all my questions, I had many!!
