Mantis was a great bug tracking tool that I got to use in a busy environment with a large team
What do you like best? Mantis was great because it was very user friendly and easy to understand. When I just started my job I wasn't as familiar with any bug tracking tools other than Bugzilla, but Mantis was a step-up because it was more organized and easy to use. The thing that I liked most was that we could customize the issues in case we missed something or forgot to add something in. What do you dislike? What do you like best? A very easy to use and very clear database. Loved the color-coding options - makes it very clear just from first glance. What do you dislike?
