PROS: I think that the best thing about this app is the tech and support team working behind it. They’ve been very helpful--answering questions and addressing issues that might arise. They are open to feedback too, and would gladly update their process and the program itself just to keep their users satisfied. CONS: The initial set-up took quite some time. GIves me control without the extra complications.

PROS: I love how I can oversee every nook and cranny of our website from one centralized location. With this solution, I can choose not only the look and feel of our website but also its content. Sending messages is easy to do as well, especially if I open the app on my computer. Sending and receiving of documents is no longer such a daunting task as well.
