"Cost efficient, good support. Has its flaws but overall good value"
What do you like best about MangoApps? Activity from all groups / projects are collated in a single "inbox" Also no additional cost when collaborating with external users. What do you dislike about MangoApps? it has occasional performance degradation. What problems is MangoApps solving and how is that benefiting you? Intranet and collaboration with external party. its much simpler than Sharepoint.

What do you like best about MangoApps? MangoApps is highly customizable (almost excessively so!), so you can really build the space however you want. It's primary use is for internal facing intranet purposes, and most of the examples our customer support specialist showed us were related to that use case, but I was able to turn it into a collaboration space for a multi-year, cross-organizational project with relative ease. A great platform for collaboration!
PROS: MangoApps has allowed me to set-up my very own website according to my vision. It's uncomplicated and very easy to learn. CONS: To be honest, there's nothing I would change about this app.

There are delays, but it gets the job done.
PROS: MangoApps is a great tool for encouraging productivity and collaboration. Through it, our team members have been able to exchange ideas and get feedback on their tasks quickly. I love how it lets me send documents very easily too. This has been a really great addition to our workflow. Simple and intuitive--I love just how everything is just within reach. CONS: I don't like how the system lags often when opened in my PC's browser. The capacity of the search button isn't as reliable as ...
