The granular access control for each different part of the site is nice as it allows different divisions to maintain their systems without needing to go through IT for everything and simplicity such that non-technical users rarely need help using it. There is built in chat into the system along with screen sharing so I can walk someone through where to find something if they are having issues locating information on Mango Apps What do you dislike about MangoApps? I think the Active directory integration could use a little work. Currently you cannot use AD groups for security access to pages on Mango apps. You have to manually give permissions to each user that needs access to a page in the system. ...
