An all-encompassing tool that has a plethora of features.

PROS: The number of features alone makes this tool worth it. It addresses various needs for my company--from holding virtual meetings all the way to collating files. CONS: Sometimes, the best thing about a tool can be the cause of its undoing too. This is exactly what happened with MangoApps.
