The paltform is very affordable, only $15 per month, which is great for small businesses which want to try it out and see if it really works for them. The UI is very intuitive and it integrates easily with Gmail and Google Calendar. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The price is transparent and affordable, plus the price increases as I add users and not as the database increases. This is a pricing system I prefer.
