"Excellent customer service tool"
What do you like best about Malcolm!? Malcolm is exceptionally easy to use, with a very simple interface that allows anyone, regardless of technical knowledge, to add and update content. It's also highly functional, with a very intelligent search, that allows end users to access the most relevant information quickly. The front end is very attractive out of the box. It also has a lot of useful integrations including payment and authentication.

"Beautifully Presented Modern Customer Self-service Portal"
What do you like best about Malcolm!? What I like about Malcolm is everything! Setting up a customer self-service portal is extremely easy, and the way the portal is presented is stunning. My customers have all been very impressed with it, and I have reduced over 50% of the time I spent resolving minor issues for clients.
