What do you like best about MakeShift? The ability to swap and organize shifts. What do you dislike about MakeShift? The view screen on the scheduling page doesn't scroll well and can start off too small. What problems is MakeShift solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows for a user friendly scheduling interface.

Easy to see schedules at different locations in a quick glance....easy to see openings.....staff can enter their availability What do you dislike about MakeShift? looking back historically, looking week to week over and extending time period isn't the easiset. What do you like best about MakeShift? I love the ability to offer shifts for exchange with my coworkers. It's helpful to see in advance who I'll be working with, and it's easy to request time off in the app! What do you dislike about MakeShift? If you work at multiple programs within the same company, it can be annoying to toggle through the schedules for each day. It would be neat to be able to filter a month's schedule by program. What problems is MakeShift solving and how is that ...

"They still haven't said no!"

What do you like best about MakeShift? Our business had a few special requests and they met each one. What do you dislike about MakeShift? We had a few sync errors once we started using the software, but we all cleaned up. What problems is MakeShift solving and how is that benefiting you? Three clinics and over 100 employees and we wanted to create an all-employee accessible schedule. All employees are able to see who's working at any given time.

It is difficult for employees to see everybody's schedules. Downloading and printing out the schedules does not give an employee a good picture of how the day is staffed, which impacts morale. "Very accessible for business wise and making sure my employees know when they work"

The employee is able to remove his shift after the schedule is publised. This is a big concern! It will be great to be able to have sub job to assign a departement and then a position.
