"MakeShift is a solid platform with room to improve"

What do you like best about MakeShift? Easy shift templates, editable employee profiles. Employees have access to online version as well as mobile app. What do you dislike about MakeShift? Admin does not have a profile to schedule for work. BIGGEST COMPLAINT: on the web version you cannot view a month at a time nor can you export a month at a time. What problems is MakeShift solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps communicate the schedule and any changes to my employees

"Easy Schedule Making"

What do you like best about MakeShift? Easy to make the weekly schedule. Best part is you can copy and paste from previous week. What do you dislike about MakeShift? Too many steps to delete an accidental shift. If you could just press "delete" and confirm, that would be awesome. What problems is MakeShift solving and how is that benefiting you? DOn't have to think too hard about the schedule. Fast.

"Necessary Evil"

What do you like best about MakeShift? As the scheduling manager for my store it is easy to get jumbled up, with the week view I can see who all I have when. The app is handy for when I forget what time I work next. What do you dislike about MakeShift? On the physical website, I have to go through a couple of screens to get to my schedule creator. Perhaps, put in a drop down box instead of Individual scrrens. On the app you can't put in requests for days off that the manager could approve. ...
