"Easy to use"

What do you like best about MakeShift? Audit trails are easy to review. Shift assignments and postings are easy. Moving shifts are easy between employees. What do you dislike about MakeShift? Wish multiple shifts could be assigned on the same day to a person to allow trading/tentative time off. Would be nice to sort staff per user vs by department. "User friendly!"

What do you like best about MakeShift? I find I am able to easily check the schedule and I am able to make changes quickly and efficiently. It notifies the workers directly which takes a cumbersome step out of the process. What do you dislike about MakeShift? There is no easy way to add in lieu time or other forms of time off. Also you cannot change shift times on a template easily. For example, if I alter a night shift for an hour it will not easily let me do so without removing the title ...

Make shift is easy to use, and customer support is helpful when I have a question or am unsure how to work something in the program What do you dislike about MakeShift? i am told that from the employee point of view it is not as user friendly What problems is MakeShift solving and how is that benefiting you? Part-time staff know what their schedule is, i do not have to contact them personally

What do you like best about MakeShift? After setting up the system, which can be a bit complicated, it is very easy to use; as the HR manager, I almost forget it is there. What do you dislike about MakeShift? It does not reflect working hours on our main platform, BambooHR. What problems is MakeShift solving and how is that benefiting you? MakeShift allows the site manager to schedule shifts easily.

"Not bad, good functionality"

What do you like best about MakeShift? It's general ease of use - nobody has a lot of problems using the platform and once shown most users can navigate makeshift well. Makeshift meets our day to day need and we have no overall complaint. What do you dislike about MakeShift? The function of having to move back and forth between schedule and timesheet when approving What problems is MakeShift solving and how is that benefiting you? its a good wrap around time management and scheduling tool.
