Unlike many competitors, Mailtrack allows unlimited tracking, which is highly beneficial for users who send high volumes of emails daily.
As it works directly within Gmail and Google Workspace, users can easily track emails without switching platforms, ensuring minimal learning curve and easy adoption.
With tools like mail merge, secure document sharing, signature requests, and follow-up reminders, Mailtrack supports both communication and task management.
While integration with Gmail is excellent, Mailtrack has limited compatibility with other popular email platforms, which may restrict usage for non-Gmail users.

I've Used Mailtrack for Years and I Highly Recommend Them!
I've been using Mailtrack for years with a specific Gmail account, but I've since started a new business with a brand new Gmail account. I contacted them and asked if they could switch my paid Mailtrack to the new Gmail. They did it very promptly, and I can't tell you how much I appreciated it. A lot of other businesses might have said I had to pay for another account. I'll use them as long as I need them. Don't hesitate to pay for the paid account. It's worth it!!

What do you like best about Mailtrack? Mailtrack is an easy solution to track the opening of your email from gmail. It effortlessly generates reports with timestamps What do you dislike about Mailtrack? Not much to dislike. Let's say that it is good for single to low number of receivers and not for big mail campaigns What problems is Mailtrack solving and how is that benefiting you? it helps me to check who read my emails and when

What do you like best about Mailtrack? Checking if mail received tracking first open. Resposivnes can see the frequency increase if i am about to get an offer its great!@@ What do you dislike about Mailtrack? Would love a once off payment option i despise subscription What problems is Mailtrack solving and how is that benefiting you? None atm just tracking

I personaly don't like this service…
I personaly don't like this service because it can track if I read my emails without asking me first. Even if they don't save personal information I still don't like this. I keep getting emails from people using this service so I had to make changes in privacy settings and block all images in order to have to avoid this experience. I also tried their service just to test it out, but still don't like it. You have to pay if you need integration, free plans gues are just for spammers.

Great product, awesome customer support
Great product, super useful tracker if you are just starting out with your outbound campaigns. Plus the customer service is very responsive, got my issues solved within 30 minutes.
