Mailtrack not suitable if you want to send emails to a google group of more than 1000 members

I have been using Mailtrack for more than two years. I use it mainly for tracking the number of emails opened by members of my Google Group. The software can track upto 1000 opens nicely but after that it fails and shows a message that the number of opens is more than 1000. So if you are having a Google group of more than 1000 members then this software is not useful, you need find some other solution. I tried reasoning with the developers but they could not overcome such a simple ...

I don't like their opt-out approach

I don't like their opt-out approach, they are collecting a lot of data without my consent and easy opt-out.

Google Mailtrack Support? HA!

I bought paid Mailtrack service from Google several months ago. For the last month I have been unable to log in to Mailtrack. I keep getting a message, "Sorry, something went wrong there. Try again." Judging by Google's support page for Mailtrack, there are only eight possible problems one can encounter with Mailtrack, and my problem is not one of them. I am unable to locate anyone for support or refund. If the product I paid for is unusable, I expect a refund. Google's Response?

We can know if our emails sent internally or externally are read and also know if the links and attachments are viewed. This helps significantly in marketing and sales, but also to understand how people generally react to our newsletters sent to them. I like that I can receive notifications when someone opens a mail I sent, then I do a follow-up when ...
