This service is incredibly reliable

This service is incredibly reliable. It meets a very basic but critical need, is very easy to use and always works the way it is supposed to work. I have not needed to contact the company often but when I have, they have been quite prompt, professional and helpful. Recommend most highly.

Good Service All Around

I emailed the company because due to some personal matters I forgot to cancel my subscription and got charged for the renewal. I asked them to please cancel my subscription and refund my money. They did so no questions asked. They offer a great service and even better customer service. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

"Nice tool for email tracking"

What do you like best about Mailtrack? Mailtrack is a good tool that has allowed me to track every email I sent for my clients. It tells me either if the customer received my email or if my customer read it. It's very useful What do you dislike about Mailtrack? The fact that I dislike about mailtrack is that it does not have a mobile app so it means that whenever you send an email from you phone then that email will not be tracked. Exceptional product & customer service

I got a new email address and needed to…

I got a new email address and needed to replace my current one on Mailtrack. I thought I would have to go through a long prosses and fill out a bunch of forms. Mailtrack made it so easy! Excellent customer service, and they solved my problem instantly.

I'm using Mailtracker.io across all of my emails...

I'm using Mailtracker.io across all of my emails and the only I can say about this software is that I highly recommend it! This software has never made me miss any of the emails as it's very reliable and easy to use. The second medal goes to the Mailtrack.io support team which is incredibly fast in solving any issues but you can rest free that issues are here very rear thing I wish them all the best :))

Good Product and Great Customer Support

When working remotely, the tool helped me to know when important messages had been opened and read. When I no longer needed the service, the representative replied to my cancellation request in a prompt and professional manner.
