Simple transactional emails
What do you like best? I love the ruby library for mailgun. It makes it super simple to get transactional emails up and running on my Rails projects. Also the REST API is a cinch to work with. What do you dislike? There isn't much to say about the downsides of mailgun. The UI is probably a little less polished then some of the competition, but I don't have to interact with it much on that level, so I don't notice. Recommendations to others considering the product If you work with ...

Best transactional email service
What do you like best? We used to send emails throw classic SMTP servers, but we were losing a lot of clients because any traditional hosting company care about specific email configurations. Now, with Mailgun we are getting the best results ever, with almost 99 % of successful deliveries. What do you dislike? It's build for developers, so a bit of experience is needed in order to integrate it with your systems. After the integration, it's a hosted email delivery service, you don't ...

Painless email integration
What do you like best? Mailgun essentially eliminates the headaches of email integration. Previously I've setup postfix and sendmail manually and it always ends up the same: complaints of emails not being delivered, false positive spam blocking, and MX blacklisting. With Mailgun, I don't have to worry about any of that. I love the large monthly send limit as most client applications I build do not need massive quantities of email delivered. This allows us to remain in the free tier and ...

Malign is great for a web app
What do you like best? We have been using mail gun for transactional email in our company (www.foxus.me and it has saved us a lot of money and time to add some e-mail features like confirmation e-mail and forgot my password. On top of that, we had a quality service for our clients. Even our clients have noticed the difference when we switched from traditional e-mail to mail gun. What do you dislike? There's really nothing important to dislike about mailgun. It's a great tool. ...

Great tool to integrate and be transational
What do you like best? The integration to our app was fast and the integrity of the deliveries was incredible. The things I like the most is the great API support and the HTTP methods to send emails. What do you dislike? The sandlike time took some time. Also, we have not used many features so the pricing could be a little more flexible. Recommendations to others considering the product Mailgun is a excellent tool for rapid prototyping and stays reliable for small projects to ...

I switched from Sendgrid to Mailgun and…
I switched from Sendgrid to Mailgun and am so glad I did! Yahoo began rejecting our transactional messages from Sendgrid. I switched to Mailgun and all transactional messages are delivered 100%. Mailgun was very easy to setup and test. I encountered one provisioning error, which Mailgun had fixed within ONE hour on a Saturday evening! Outstanding service. I highly recommend Mailgun and wish we had used it from the start. Thank you Mailgun!

Mailgun - it does what it says on the tin. Fires your mail to the target every time.
Outstanding mail product that's a fit-and-forget solution to bulk emails. Not only does it just work. It's really easy to set up and they have a great, friendly and competent support team. I should have used them years ago. I'll never run a mailserver again.
