Mailgun works perfectly for my site.

What do you like best? It was very easy to switch to Mailgun sending email using the SMTP, and then later upgrade to the API. However best of all was the introduction into the world of email reputation. What do you dislike? tech support can take a day to respond, and the responses tend to be cookie cutter and not always customized to my issues. The reality is that the issues are normally at my end, but I may be asking for some info to try to solve the issue. What business problems are ...

Great service

What do you like best? We use Mailgun for automated transactional emails. The platform is very easy to use, and it provides lots of reports and analytics which help us keep track of data regarding the volume of emails sent out, bounces, unsubscribes. It helps us figure out what email is not being sent anymore, or if there's any other unusual behaviour, and then explore why. What do you dislike? With our current plan, we only get 15 Days Log Retention What business problems are you ...

Easy setup, easy use and easy monitoring

What do you like best? Very intuitive interface for setup. Once everything is up and running you can easily monitor performance, tweak settings or drill down to necessary details. Ideal for programmers needing a gateway for email. What do you dislike? The technical documentation can be challenging ... but that's because it goes into depth and does alot (plus I'm not a fan of technical documentation generally! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Mailgun supporting our webapp

What do you like best? The free tier is very good and the service is really easy to use. I think the web interface to check on sent email is easy and clear to use and the support tickets have always been responded to promptly. What do you dislike? We had some deliverability issues when other users on the mailgun server were blacklisted. Raising a ticket meant our issue was dealt with quite quickly but this happens every 6-12 months on average. We don't send enough email to get a ...

A system that works with you - not against.

What do you like best? How easy the API is. To be able to easily find librarires and Docs was awesome! It is all very easy to understand and implement. The stats page is really nice too - I enjoy being able to see what the message content is of messages that failed. This would be better if it held them longer, at least the faliures but I am being lazy as I haven't setup webhooks for this yet. I suppose if you want to keep an api pure it makes sense. I would probably do the same thing. ...
