Great support even for free accounts
Great support even for free accounts. Surprising how fast support got back to me even though I don't pay anything for this service. Super easy to setup an SMTP relay too.

Great support. Mailgun's support team has helped troubleshoot a few issues for me, and even as a free user they've had pretty good response times too.

The apps user interface is great and…
The apps user interface is great and intuitive; I can pretty find my way around it easily, the stability has been great; customer care whenever I have issues has been outstanding save for delays of upto 12 hrs SOMETIMES. Keep it up

One star is too much for their service…
One star is too much for their service but unfortunately that’s as low as I can give, horrible support, support ranges from ok to I’d rather get measles than deal with them.I have deal with plenty of companies over the years and this is by far my worse experience, they have no concept of customer support, they will just close tickets just because you will ask an inconvenient question, if it’s not in their script you’re pretty much on your own.

Switched to MailGun from Sparkpost
Switched to MailGun from Sparkpost and couldn't be happier. Easy set up and no issues what so ever. I highly recommend MailGun if you are having trouble with your emails not arriving from forms on your wordpress based websites. Best smtp relay plugin out there!!!

Really bad experience , stay away from Mailgun
Really bad experience, they took the money for a not provided service for months, really disgusting, talked to our bank to return all charges as they cancel the account with no answer to support tickets, stay away from Mailgun and don't contract with them in any part of your customer cycle you will lose money and time

fast mail delivery
service has been great with no issues or error. mail is delivered fast. cost is good. only needed help once but support is good.

This is not an fair activity
i have upgrade the account for $48 after some mails i have send for testing purpose suddenly the account displays Your account is temporarily disabled. ( Account Terminated ) then the support team replies that they are need to make a partnership with us. All things are okay but if you don't want to continue the partnership with us you can terminate the account before upgrading but after taking the money, you are terminated us, it is totally unfair.
