I am very disappointed with there new…
I am very disappointed with there new pricing plan before it was 10k free emails/ months and now they made only 5k free email for 3 months and then pay as you go, i was okay with this also but they disable email route in this plan, very disappointed because we are paying as we go, all people doesn't need 50k email per month so why we need to buy $30/M to just use email routes. Let it be there are many good services available in market go for that.

Mailgun used to provide good service
Mailgun used to provide good service, but they no longer care. The tone of their service desk suggests they would really prefer that you don't write them.Maybe time to migrate out.(ticket number 1207428)--------------Edit: after this review, I was able to receive helpful response from Mailgun. I'll go ahead and bump the review from 2 to 3 stars.. hopefully others can get helpful responses without having to complain publicly.

Outrageous support
Service provided by Mailgun is good, however the support team and their tone is just horrific!I opened a ticket to have them fix an error on an invoice they generated and they replied they can't do that, I should just pay anyway. When I mentioned that I'm not happy with this resolution, and told them I'll cancel my account if they can't fix it, they just said so be it: "We understand you must do what is best for your business"This is so frustrating and outrageous. How can a company afford ...

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! WARNING. Absolutely pathetic customer support. So bad I cancelled my account, after cancellation of my account they proceeded to charge me again for services which I already paid for before cancellation... which meant I had to completely cancel my credit card. But here is the kicker! Once your account is cancelled, it is deleted and you are unable to raise support tickets again and no way to contact them unless you create a new account and input your credit card ...

Great delivery rate and speed
What do you like best? The speed of delivery combined to the delivery rate is just great for email campaigns management What do you dislike? Before being 100% up and running you have a trial period with max volumes. I would say that even if I did not like that part I understand that we have to go through it to ensure everyone has a higer delivery rate... Recommendations to others considering the product: Depending on how you plan on using this tool, I would recommend that ...

Good product, horrible support
The product is good itself, but God forbid you have to speak to their support team. They have the brainpower as if you're speaking to a 10-year-old, barely understanding what your saying and in my case, they just didn't respond to my response when they didn't understand my issue and I tried to clarify it.If you experience any issues, run for your life.In response to the company response, I would like to confirm that I did not receive a response. I would post a link buy TrustPilot blocks it.

The service was good at the beginning
The service was good at the beginning, however, one server had a SPAM problem and my account got immediately disabled without any warning or advance notice. If they had contacted me I could have fixed the SPAM issue ASAP. Moreover, their billing is quite weird, they are still sending invoices for a small amount after they canceled my account, however, I'm unable to close the account or delete my credit card from their system...EDIT: Account disabled due to SPAM: [Request #1170205]. Asked to ...

Customer support does not expect as good much I paid.
Customer support does not expect good. Submitting a ticket and wait time is infinity long. No customer service number provides and no fast reply when you having an issue ON YOUR EMAIL! what a joke company. Asked to upgrade my plan to get in touch with their support team. are you kidding me? paid $30/mo for one of my software company with quick response and even though they don't provide phone support.

Check the documentation before you…
Check the documentation before you implement this service - its a complete joke. Their PHP integration basically doesn't work on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS - it depends on a library that has been abandoned, and has documentation about how to override it and use Guzzle - but they changed their implementation so that "fix" no longer works. They also don't have any documentation on their README.md to send an HTML email, I had to dig into a 3rd party library for Laravel to find the key they use to send ...

Awesome service
Awesome service. One caveat is that you really do need the dedicated IP (even sending smaller volumes of mail) since the shared ones often get blacklisted. So you have to pay the $50 but if you're serious about your mail, that's no biggie.
