Great Service & Support Even to Pay-As-You-Go Customers

We're on Mailgun's pay as you go plan. Delivery has generally been great, but emails weren't being delivered for a recent campaign to a certain domain. I reached out to support; they saw the issue, explained what it was, and said they fixed it. We retried the campaign to the failed email addresses, and they all got delivered.In short, they provide great support and service even to smaller customers on Pay-As-You-Go plans.

Excellent platform for message automation

What do you like best? Scamming customers. Avoid.

I have been using this company for a few years now, no problem at all in the past. Until recently they have decided to change the price plans, in another order increase their prices. They have moved us to a plan which is more expensive. I don't mind pay more if I can get the service. Awful company - Stay away!

I rarely leave reviews, but this company should be closed down. Use at your own risk.1. Support - Their support seems great before you purchase but is then non-existent after you signup.Expect long delays and unanswered questions.2.
