"Amazing Customer Support"
What do you like best about Magentrix PRM? Magentrix team is highly supportive, before and after-sales. They are a true partner. What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM? The admin console could be a bit better visually. What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Partners and resellers can easily register deals and follow their pipeline on Magentrix. The platform is easy to use and intuitive for users.

"Faster and easier to implement than Impartner"
What do you like best about Magentrix PRM? I was the lead internal implementer on both Impartner and Magentrix (when w replaced Impartner) - the key is that Magentrix does the same things as Impartner at a lower price, with less complexity and more operational support. "Great Portal Solution"
What do you like best about Magentrix PRM? Easy Salesforce integration, standard tools, and custom build ability What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM? Some sub optimal reporting colours which we wouldn't change What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Partner Portal. This was a great alternative to Community Cloud which wasn't a financially viable option for us.

What do you like best about Magentrix PRM? There is a lot that can be done with the Magentrix Partner Portal. There's more we could make use of for sure. Great integrations too. What do you like best about Magentrix PRM? It is easy to modify forms and fields without the need to include support. We can set it up and have it syncing with Salesforce in minutes. What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM? It would be nice to have more flexibility in the LMS portion of the tool.
