What do you like best? The partner eco-system for Magento is awesome. There are a number of extensions that provide easy to add functionality. What do you dislike? Complex system that is very extensible

What do you like best? Many features are matured and usable. The object-oriented nature of it allows for deep customizations. There are many plugins/modules created for integration with 3rd party payment processors such as PayPal. The ability to add new admin pages is simple and straight forward. What do you like best? Magento has a vast collection of themes, apps, and community 3rd party extensions that prove to be quite useful. Since it is such a commonly used platform (for obvious reasons there are great forums and constants always working to bring the best out of each patch update. It has some good improvements and features when compared to Magento Community edition, and if you are looking for functionalities it is providing out of the box, Magento EE is a way to go.
