These people are a scam!!! DO NOT HAND YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO THEM! I have told these people to cancel the product for nearly 2 months now, and they keep taking money out of my account!!! I went into their portal, canceled all the subscriptions, sent them numerous emails to no avail. They think just because they have your credit card information, that they can dip into it and take whatever amount they want every day and every month! I confess that I wrote a bad review about Madgicx originally because it was tough to get it to take off. I was utilizing their creatives plus their software. The communication was not clear on our requirements. Therefore it was a lot of back and forth trying to get the creatives out so their software can engage with our Facebook campaigns.
