Awesome help desk team and account manager

What do you like best? Our account manager Megan is always willing to help and responds in timely manner. The helpdesk team are also great. Lytics is super easy to use but Learn Lytics is helpful if you can't get in touch with the helpdesk for whatever reason. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use- we can train our jr. marketers who have no experience with coding or SQL skills and they can actually implement and stand up their ideas. Easy to test. If an effort isn't as successful as you think it could be, then pause it and try something different. It empowers all. What do you dislike?
