Lyra shady practices
Found out from my therapist that Lyra Health sent out an email to a large amount of their providers saying if they didn’t lower their reimbursement rate (that Lyra pays) they weren’t going to be shown to new clients. That means that when we go on to look for a therapist were shown the “cheapest” therapists. Doesn’t mean you’re given the best match.
