Was fine and easy to use till you decide to get your money sent. Similar to other customer I'm unable to send crypto: "When I then send my BTC I was blocked and wasn't even advised that I was blocked. It just show the send transaction as pending Eventually I found out that I was blocked. I did send all the info required but still are waiting'" None of the request was clearly explained to me but just requested with the threat to ''close my account if reply not received...'' Account to send blocked
I moved over to the Luno platform as it seemed to be a much better platform to use. I provided them with my ID and photo. Then I had to enable the send function 2 days ago where I agree I take full responsibility of sending money. I had to wait till yesterday to be able to so and was advised that I can now go ahead.
