Luno's customer service has been…disgracefully poor
Luno's customer service has been shockingly poor. I had R13,000 stolen out of my Luno account in a few minutes and Luno seemed hopeless to stop it. They clearly released my cell number and the fact that i'm a Luno customer to crooks out there, who did their best to scam me. Well the requirement took 3 days and then now the sending feature is a about 24hrs but other than that it's secure and reliably easy to navigate.

Worst customer service I’ve seen
Worst cryptocurrency place I’ve used Had £14 in Bitcoin and was going to sell it as I have some bills to pay and wasn’t able to spoke with customer service who told me I would need to invest my own money into it this is after 3 days of them not telling me anything useful after I told them I was thinking of suspending my account they closed the ticket
