I'm new on luno I've made a deposit from my tyme bank account surturday on the 6 I've been waiting for it to reflect on my luno wallet but nothing I've tried getting contact with the help ers but they demand proof of payment and I send notification on my payment and reference I don't know what to do please help as I was aiming to achieve more with this app but now I'm disappointed😭😭

I have problem with withdrawals.Luno askes me to deposit when i try to withdraw to recognise my name to be the same for bank account .im fully verified level 3 .i have done many deposits with the last today 11/11/21 at 18:12.still shows the same message about depositing when trying to withdraw.please solve the problem .i want to withdraw my money

PROFIT ON HOLD
PROFIT ON HOLD The app is easy to use but my profit has been held since 09 October 2021 or has been outright stolen. There is collusion between some people used as fronts and the binary options trade section. Withdrawal has been impossible because of demands for more and more money. I sent a complaint to the Complaints Officer and more than 4weeks on, I have not received anything back. Obviously, I cannot put anymore money now.
