luno scam me of my money
I cant believe the rubbish Luno is providing to me in the name of security, I am trying to withdraw my money from my luno account for the past 3 month still nothing is sorted out. Luno scam.
This company is simply untrustworthy please be guided before using them. I send some amount of Bitcoin and they kept the transaction pending for over 12hrs. I emailed the support to figure out the problem and they blocked my account trapped in it is my money. I need my money back if you want to close partnership with your company. Don't trap my money and give me excuses of about endless verification. My account was verified to the limit prior to using it.

Luna, Cardano, Solano not on board
Everything ok except, Luno supports only 5 cryptos! Why dont hv other cryptos to buy n sell, like Luna, Cardano, Solano, Polkadot etc. Hope consider them promptly Thank u.

Account Locked.
I'm Totally frustrated how they keep mesmerising me and throwing me about but still got no help. For couple of days my account have been locked and they have hold of my R85,700. They have refused unlock. I even told them to reverse the money if they can't unlock the account for me but they pay deaf ears. Transaction fee is very high!
Hi, I'm really disappointed about "service charge" at Luno. Everywhere is stated transaction fee is 0,1% or less. But finally I was charged 1,5% so 10 times (1500%!) more! Maybe is not big deal if you invest £100, but is very high if you spend £25k...Luno charge over £360!
