My account seems to have been deleted…
My account seems to have been deleted from their system and I have bought coins before. I managed to login but Its as if I am a new user on their platforms. Its blank. I can't contact them because they listed no email address on their website. They have no chat button. I have proof of my transactions with them. I just need to get intouch with them.

I have been trying for the past few weeks to log in to my luno App account,but to no avail.I begin to suspect that the company is going under-wire, because I totally lost hope . Their website is not available their App is having network connectivity problems. Why should I hope that everything is going fine. Thieves.
I do surveys and send tiny amounts to luno to make up a withdrawable amount. I have been doing this for years. When I logged in I discovered it missing. When I check the history, it's not there. I reached out to support and apparently now if the amount is small they just steal your money. Nice. Dont use them. This is theft.

LUNO A SCAM
It's been over 5 weeks that Luno locked my account and on the 6th of March they permanently closed my account due to fraudulent activity as they claim. I had over R11 thousand rand in my wallet. On the 27th of February I deposited R13800. So alreadyI lost money. I have sent so many emails to customer support. Have about 59 ticket numbers. Blocked account, no reason! Financial fraud.
Luno has blocked my account for 5 weeks, with no reason. There is also way to contact Luno, as there is no email and only a chatbot. Luno has a trend of blocking people's accounts with no reasoning or contacting them. They are using your money to trade with and pay out other users. This is against the FSCA, and constitutes financial fraud. Please there are many other platforms, but stay away from Luno! so many horror stories!
