Never use this website under any circumstances!!
Do not use this website for buying/trading crypto. They have sky high fees just for trading 3.5% of value. Compared to 0.1 on Binance and only 1% on Coinbase, where coinbase is considered one of the most expensive exchanges. On top of that, they make you wait 2 and a half weeks just to enable crypto to be withdrawn to another address. This is ridiculous. But I'm not done yet, my friend bought some crypto on this site and tried to sell. They said they couldn't, so I tried to help them. I got ...

Latest Luno app Price alert function - when want to set an alert, we need to select a coin twice before we can set the alert. Previously, we just go to the coin we want and it follow according to our choice. The above step doesn't apply to BTC. Only for other 4 coins. We need to select coin then again select coin to set alert (2 times)

This company is useless
This company is useless. They dont have any propercustomer service and offer a Messanger chat service that does not even work. They prevented me from accessing my money within 14 days and within that time period I lost $700 and I could not do anything. Afyer the 14 days I trued to transfer BTC to another wallet and it was rejected and got notification to contact them. It's ridiculous. I dibt recommend using this company. They are more appearing to be a scam
