I would not recommend using luno I made a simple mistake of not using the reference they provided on my deposit to them its been two weeks and I have sent over a statement proving that I have sent them the money they have said that it may have bounced back as they can not find it but I have proved that I hasn't as the bank statement was dated from the day I wrote to them to follow up my deposit very bad customer service was told to wait 2 days and then it took 4 days for them to reply and I ...

Luno is in bed with scammers, otherwise scammers will not direct you to use their platform to send them BTC. I don't know LUNO until this fake company called Solid Invest, directed me there. They opened the account for me and I paid them through LUNO, after detecting that they are scamers, I notify LUNO, they blocked my account and later shut it down.
