Completely SCAM COMPANY . THEY SIMPLY LOCKED MY ACCOUNT AND SENT ME AN EMAIL WHICH MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSING WITHIN 30 DAYS . I have wrote them email , replied to them but no answer at all . Be careful folks .

I have no other option than to conclude that Luno is a confirmed Scam platform. Luno, please prove me wrong by directing your partner-in-crime, Afrivoucher, to refund my money as well as others they've scammed also. Better still, tell us how to redeem our Afrivouchers. If those refunds are not made, then you've proven me right that you people are SCAMMERS.

Please do not use this service. They slap a 14 day waiting period for you to actively use your funds. They spout BS about your security, but this is a smoke screen for them to profit further your investment. There is a reason they don't advertise this "security feature" because no-one would use this service if they knew. STEER CLEAR!!! EDIT: As you can see from the copy and paste replies, there is ZERO customer service.

13 days to send your own btc … shameful
Had high hopes for this app but once I bought my Bitcoin and went to transfer to another wallet I am told I have to wait 13 DAYS!!!! As mentioned below once they have your money Bitcoin etc you are unable to close your account and withdraw your money. I’d rather just take my money and leave as I should have the right to do so I fail to see why this is not an option? Chart does not sync with real time…
Chart does not sync with real time price. There is lag response . The App is crucial for people on the move so do not ask users to use web base as it is silly that Luno is not well equipped to handle traffic volume . No such issues with Bybit and Binance app platforms

Legal action
Iv been locked out of my account since the 4th February Iv been in profit but now im losing my investment this is my second review and il never use luno again I'm seeking legal action as of tomorrow iv got all the correspondence in emails Iv done every thing they asked sent every document it's not acceptable
