A scam site. Can't withdraw crypto when you create an account. You need to activate that manually and it will take over 10 days. The customer service is not well prepared and seem to mock you when you ask questions. One of my worst experiences online

The costumer service is the worst you'll ever experience,they also locked many accounts for no reason,be careful

As a member of the financial services industry of South Africa. I would like to strongly encourage friends, family and clients to steer far away from the use of Luno as a crypto exchange. They are notorious for their delay tactics, to the extent where they are dishonest in their dealings with you, reverting to various untruthful reasons why there is an issue with your withdrawal account. What do you like best about Luno? Their transaction process is fast and I will recommend this app to every other person. What do you dislike about Luno? There is nothing wrong with this software if you ask me it is perfect. What problems is Luno solving and how is that benefiting you?
