LUNO not to be trusted
I bought Bitcoin through the LUNO app in December 2017 when it was at it's highest and held all through these years and it more than tripled up to last year. And then came down recently but I was still up more than double since the original purchase. In April 2022 my LUNO app which I have always trusted was blocked saying I had to do a two step verification. I could not contact LUNO as the app is how I made contact. Now LUNO just thow,s me back to a email/robot, just can come right I got scammed for 45k Rands but I wonder where to the scammers get my details so quickly Now my account is locked and I have been trying to get it unlocked for weeks, today I tried again but now the 6digit authentication code does not work, I went through the process to reset cancel it to be told it takes 48hours. So now I cant do anything again for 48hours Just very frustating
