Never use luno if you are from Europe…
Never use luno if you are from Europe Union. Never transfer money to luno. Luno.com will block your account without reason and will hold your money. No any way to receive money back. Luno support not working, they are ignoring all support requests. When i tried to open claim with UK Financial Ombusman. I got a mail from luno saying they will…
I got a mail from luno saying they will permanently lock my account because of my region which is a sanction region and I was told to withdraw all my fund which i was trying to do but I will need to make use of there voucher and whenever I was trying to create a voucher it’s taking me back to dashboard and I have upto $7000 in my wallet and I don’t know want to do and I don’t want to lose my money
