account closure, no reason stated
after being level 3 verified user for years and transacting a lot on luno they decided to close my account for literally no reason. they also emailed me that I should not open another account!! I am having a south african PR, so anyone in south Africa be careful of this app and stay away. there is no actual person or location as a customer service hence if your money is locked you will never get it by lodging complaints.
