I opened Luno account about a month ago. I made a few deposits for a little more than 100gbp in total. I had a reward of 10gbp pending till 18.09.22. Firstly, after about two weeks they restricted operations in my account, then unblocked it, then about a week later they locked my account and after my email (where I asked for some explanations) they closed my account instantly, it took them about one minute. This company are a scam
This company are a scam. They allowed me to open an account, buy BTC then locked it. I see now this is common practice. AVOID< AVOID< AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!! Note: it is also common for them to give a nice reassuring reply to bad reviews but I have already been in contact with their useless support team. Luno is a scam, they usually close accounts for no reason i have lost kore than 50,000 rands to luno. They will close your account for no reason and lie to you, i will never advise anyone to use luno. They will scam you and their charges are outrageous. Total rip off 😡😡😡😡
