So, this was a very frustrating 6 days for me. My phone was stolen and I immediately worried about the Luno app and the access someone could get to the app. Under normal circumstances, it would have been fine to wait 5 days for the call, but this week Bitcoin lost 30% of its value and it was my bad timing that I lost my phone and access to my account during this time. My account was blocked as a result of the Luno login not accepting my Two Step Verification codes. I have sent several help tickets and emails etc. To date I have not received a single reply. Can anyone assist... Luno has solved the issue and apologised for taking so long to get back to me. Hopefully they will improve their online service...

Luno stated that it takes only 2 working days to reflect my deposit but it's a lie.. already 5 working days and yet I still haven't received any BTC. I already made several support report but my request still not attended. Where is my money now???

Luno has continued to ignore my plea for a refund for my stolen Bitcoin as a result of insecurity of her platform. Exactly one month and 10 days after my another and bigger fraud happened.
