My account had been blocked by luno for over 4 months now, I was asked to provide my ID card which I did accordingly and up until now they say they’ll give me a call and I haven’t seen nothing. Please I need all my money back for business I’m no longer interested.

I need advice luno, bitcoins was send from another luno wallet to mine that was 2 days ago it was 0.063btc its still not reflecting in my wallet. What can be the problem? please help

My ticket number is 1029573 I made a withdrawal from Luno to my bank account on 31st of December but still, it has not reflected in my bank account. I just joined luno... I don’t really know how it works.... i’ve been paying money the accountant keeps asking for money, still can’t get my earnings now it’s about R40 000 the money i paid but still it’s not enough... now she says i have to pay a depositing fee of R11000 in oder for me to receive my earnings,is this true???
