Luno Reference numbers

Certain things are not clear about Luno, especially their BX NUMBERS as references. Are they automated or can it be traced. In each case, I think Luno must have control over this and be able to trace it. Sometime ago I raised this question and their answer didn't give me much satisfaction. Even when on the website you don't find this, only for Bitcoin. Hope the answer of tracking of reference numbers can be clarified. Thanks

No response on blocked account. (R50k deposit) I would not recommend luno to anyone. Our (company) account has been blocked, and we were not provided with reasons. We have tried , for months, to get a response from them, all in vain. Several tickets have been created; but we are yet to recieve a response from them.
