Luno is very very slow in accepting…
Luno is very very slow in accepting transfers by SOFORT (it needs 4 days!) and the support is as slow too! I have send a specific question and it needs 6 days for an answer which was without good content.

No support reply for more than 24 hours - stay away!
I opened a Luno account a few days ago. Everything went swiftly until I decided to deposit money on my account to start trading. I am located in Europe and I used the Sofort transfer platform they are offering. Sofort means "Instant". This platform connects directly to my bank's internet banking and funds are instantly transferred irreversibly, hence they should appear instantly on my Luno account. This is not what happened.
