Very poor cash withdrawal service

It has been over a week since I gave the instruction to withdraw ZAR from Luno into my bank account. Communication has been exceptionally poor with emails saying they will take 3-5 days to respond. They eventually emailed me saying they can't verify my bank account. They have paid ZAR into my bank account before, so unsure where that came from. I sent them bank documentation a few days ago proving the account is mine and I am still waiting. I need access to my cash. I am beyond frustrated.

I highly recommend Luno. Why? For my 1st BTC payment experience, I got hacked. Luno immediately detected it and blocked my account and saved my money. Customer service took time to explain to me what happened and to give me advices. Remarkable!

Luno very slow in getting funds into my Luno acc. I made a considerable deposit into my Luno acc on Sat 4 April 2020. The funds was paid and cleared. I wanted to buy ETH immediately at a price of around $140. It is now Monday night 6 April and my funds still not showing in my Luno acc. ETH has gone to $164.
