Hey its been 48hours and i haven't…

Hey its been 48hours and i haven't received any money back or even have received a message or response back from luno. After sending a message and email, and sending a proof of payment. No reply. There is no reflection of my deposit after using the incorrect reference and luno help center team doesnt even response or assist there customer properly. Losing money aint a good thing and we all are human and i just ask for a reverse or some kind of assistance

Luno will frustrate you when you needed something the most. I received ethereum from someone abroad, i sold it and requested for withdrawal immediately since 1pm on wednesday 6th May, up until now, i have not seen anything in my account. Luno has said all Nigerian payments is automated and within Minutes. Scammer!!! Stay away please.

I made a deposit using my Zenith bank debit card and the money hasn't reflected. I contacted Luno 2 times with a proof of deposit for more than 5 days I haven't heard from them. My account name is Alfred Nwolise. Please I will advise anybody to stay away from LUNO or deal with them and get scammed and share your experience too.

Money not reflecting and ignoring my emails

I recently made a deposit and send screenshots as proof of evidence and they said they don't take screenshots as proof of evidence then I asked what evidence do they want they send I must send a proof of payment to payments@quicket and I did but when I told them that I have done that, they just stopped replying.. Still waiting for my money to reflect on my luno wallet, is now more than 10 days after I deposited the money.
