Edit: Changed to 1 star after absolutely truly bad customer service. No communications made after multiple follow ups, and my account locked without any further justifications provided. No access to my money. I highly advise against using this service, there is so much better out there. The service is lagging compared to other leading providers like Kraken or VALR. I was given a week to take out my funds after terminating my account and until now i am unable to withdraw it, the account is still closed. Can you tell me what is going on?
